Me Old China

D and I have been married 20 years today. The 20th anniversary is china so to celebrate we went out for a Chinese.
We managed to persuade the children to come with us to the Jade Fountain in Sawston. We opted for a taster menu which meant they brought out dish after dish of delicious food. I don’t think we could have eaten another mouthful by the end.

It really feels like the end of the holidays; the children are back at school tomorrow and so am I. Funny how you don’t really appreciate the holidays properly until they’re over.
Mind you, I’m glad I’ll be out of the door before D has the hideous job of getting Alfie up and out of his pit. That’s one job I definitely won’t miss.
