Mansion House

St. Ives Mansion House, Harden, Bingley was built in the early 19th Century and was the home of the Ferrand family.  This Grade II listed building was acquired by Bingley U.D.C. in 1928.
Previously a Care Home, it is now planned to convert it into 18 luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Work has started and I think six are now available - two have been sold.
