The grandchildren gave this to me on my birthday back in May and I knew there would be an opportunity to blip it when all else failed.   From the kitchen window it does look quite lifelike and it's amusing to see visitors do a double take and say 'Do you know you've got a pheasant in the garden' !!   Straight out into the garden after work for a couple of hours clearing up the hedge trimmings from yesterdays cut.   Only about a third to be cut now so hopefully I'll finish them at the weekend, weather permitting.
