Canada Day 4

We had a wander round Canada Place and along the Coal Harbour Seawall,, watching the float planes take-off and land and stopping off for the best Mac & Cheese in Vancouver (allegedly and actually!) before we boarded the Prince of Whales's Ocean Magic in search of whales....

We headed up and across the Straits of Georgia, along the Sunshine Coast and past and round Gibson's Quays and Bowen Island, but not a sausage!!

The only wildlife we came across were these Sea Lions, who gave us their Seal of Approval (boom, tish).  It doesn't matter though as PoW offers a guaranteed siting of a whale and we can go back as many times as we want until we see one!!!  Maybe next week????

Afterwards, we had a lovely scallop and prawn linguine before wandering back to the apartment through downtown Vancouver.
