The More You Scratch the More It Seems to Itch

I came out of the gym at the Olympic Stadium just before sunset. The light was beautiful and the ducks approached the dock where I was standing -- I guess they thought I was going to feed them. This one apparently developed a terrible itch right behind his ear (or the place where ears are generally found on heads) and was using his flipper to vigorously scratch it.
