Cloisters light

The buildings manager is very proud of his new light.  Deservedly so, it looks great!  I popped over to see it today, above a very old, classic stairwell.

Unwittingly committed a huge faux-pas by going to the teachers common room for lunch, rather than the 'support staff'.  Apparently, there are certain members of staff who would have told me to leave the room had they realised my lowly standing but I got away with it, much to the amusement of my colleagues.  

Took the youngest to the childminders in his pyjama's this morning with a bag of clothes for him.  He was so soundly asleep that I just left him, woke him up to put him in the car and delivered him with the request of breakfast and a change into his clothes.  The childminder, who always likes helping out, was quite happy to assist, and to my delight, the youngest was happy to be left with her and the eldest was happy to be left at nursery.   So no tears (from anyone) this morning!
