Day 7

An awful night, with poor Ollie being very sick every few hours. Not much sleep for any of us.  I gave him a very small breakfast so he could get his pills, but he brought that back up too. Not sure what has caused it, drinking dirty water, the heat, travel sickness, the antibiotics?

We didn't go far today and just stuck to short journeys, with lots of breaks.  Went to Abergynolwyn to see more trains, to Tywyn to see even more trains, a railway museum and a nice cafe, then through lovely scenery to Tal-y-Bont. Ended up near Devil's Bridge, seeing lots of kites, several grey squirrels, hills and rivers on the way.  

Ollie was obviously below par, but only sick once more.  We  decided to stay on a site again so I could get some washing done!  It was a bit rough, with kids running round the place, shrieking, until 11pm, lots of mud, overflowing bins etc, but Ollie was a bit brighter and that was the main thing.
