Tesco car park

This morning I remembered that this is a photogenic place. The town, not just the Tesco car park.

I forget, what with my trips to Bavaria (and the rest).

It helps if the sun shines.

The building in the foreground is John Hunter Court. Sheltered housing, I think. An old building renovated and extended 8 years ago.

The spire is part of St Brycedale Church. One of the prominent town centre buildings. Also prominent in the childhood of ex PM Gordon Brown. His dad was minister there.

All this from the roof of Tesco on a frosty Sunday morning in November.

I like the pastel colours of the houses, contrasting with the grey of the church and the clear blue sky.
