Dry Lake

A shorter walk today which I was glad of as my legs were heavy.
Back through the village and then past a waterfall and a lake. The swimmers thought of another swim but it was very cold - it's fed by an underground spring draining the high mountains. 
We took a detour to see this seasonal lake - (the mountains remind me of the PIcos dr Europa in this spot) a footpath goes right across it - and have lunch in a meadow and then continued to our overnight stop. This was a wild camp near a basic shepherds hut and they prepared food for us, with the help of our horsemen who'd brought food, tents and luggage up for us. The extra shows part of our very fresh meal!
Time to sit and relax in the late sun in an amazing setting.
Nearly finished the holiday, been keeping up with life as well.
