Up a Tree

Today is my free day. I decided to make a plum crumble with some of the plums my Dad gave me. And I ate some of it for breakfast - with custard!! It was delicious - so delicious I may have some more for supper!

While it was cooking I prepared bolognese for tea, since I was in the kitchen anyway. It lets the flavours develop, and will mean less to do later. I also found time to watch the first episode of Lucky Man. (Stan Lee's Lucky Man, to be correct!) And I enjoyed it, so I will watch a couple more to catch Brian up, then we can watch it together!

This afternoon I went to town. It's Brian's birthday at the weekend, and I had a bit of shopping to do! On the way to town I saw this lovely kitty in a tree!
