Winston Churchill

It's not every day that you come across a document carrying the signature of an ex Prime Minister.  Continuing my search through old papers from my Dad's house I came across this certificate carrying the hand written signature of Winston  S Churchill who was then Secretary of State for War (1914-1918).  Samuel Boyes, the subject of the certificate, was my great, grandfather.
