Portrait of a sheep

Not an ordinary sheep, but a special breed. This is a Herdwick, a rare breed from Cumbria. We spotted it with a few others, on a piece of land where we do not often pass. I had to ask the woman who lives next to the meadow and she had to make a phone call to inquire about the name of the breed. What we do for a blip, when the subject of it behaves like you are not trying to get attention by making weird sounds.
The owner explained to me enthusiasticaly by phone, that when I think this is a beautiful sheep with a very attractive coat, the lambs will be a thousand times more attractive. I think he thought we were interested in buying, but I only wanted to give you the right information.
Maybe I can do a follow up by the time the lambs are there next year.
