Tiny Tuesday . . . Wild Ginger

Annabel gave me a stem of this plant because she thought it would interest a photographer.  Two stems where given to her as interesting to have in a vase.  Neither of us want it as a plant in our garden.  I'm sure it is invasive and will take over and smoother other plants.  It is tropical looking and interesting.
Thanks Debbi for being host this month and because she is there is an extra of a Monarch.  I think it has over wintered and soon will start the next generation.  There were 3 or 4 fluttering in the park where I saw the Tui.  I only saw 2 Tui today and they were very high up.
