Les Coins de Lentillac 2

Another corner of Lentillac.  We signed the compromis de vente today, which is a legal commitment between seller and buyer.  It took an hour and a quarter at the notaire to work through the contract, but at least all is very clear to all parties.  We will sign the final completion in two months time.  We went over to Betaille afterwards and took a trailer load of rubble to the dump.  Then we went next door to Peter and Janice for wine!
