A Stressful Day

Today is day 1 of the garden re-landscaping and it didn't get off to a good start. A promised start of 8, became a revised time of 9. The hire company arrived with the mini digger at 9, and I was promised the guys would be there in a few minutes to sign for it. The hire company gave up at 9:40 and drove off. I rang the garden company who managed to get it delivered at 10 even though no-one was there to receive it - I took the key. They finally arrived at 10:20. 

The guys worked hard all day and most of the existing paving slabs have now been removed. I understand the previous patio as I suspected was not done well - which helps as I originally wanted it re-laying, but that wouldn't have worked. Here's hoping tomorrow goes better.
