Ways to wellbeing number 3 - be active

This was a challenge after yesterday's shenanigans but I managed to walk from one end of the village to the other (with a stop off for a cuppa with a friend half way).

Hubby decided eldest and youngest's wellbeing would be improved by them emptying out their playhouse and giving it a bit of a clean. I think they had more fun lobbing stuff out of the playhouse but less fun piling it all back in when the rain started.

Well, I've been active today. Time for a cuppa and some inactivity. Musn't overdo these things.
