Surreal findings

What a great three hours on the mountain bike, in and around the Kinver area. I know very well but we still managed to find lots of new tracks to ride along and join up a few well used bridle ways.

The bonus was going to a tea room that we've been passed many times before but never ventured in, we sat outside and had exceptional sandwiches and service.

In the depths of one of the forests we rode through was this little creation made at the base of one of the thousands of trees. I could have easily missed it but it somehow caught my attention so thought I'd stop and capture it. I will never meet the creature but I imagine they are a creative soul that likes to bring a bit of magic to other souls.

After a lovely morning out it was back to reality for the afternoon, I tidied the mess up in the garage, rebuilt the furniture we picked up yesterday and continued painting woodwork.

A relaxed late evening listening to some new vinyl, a great way to relax after a none stop day.
