And Another.......!

New bed.....she loves these beds.....and at 5€ each they were some bargain. I had planned to keep this one until Christmas as I had the other two in use but when we were so frightened on Thurs night...I decided to get it and it helped settled us down really well...!

Well, I have to report a total success on my first roast beef dinner in the Crockpot......oh my goodness it was delicious !
I’m wishing now I’d discovered this method of cooking a long time ago....I’m just about to concoct a very flavoursome spice and herb rub for a chicken to marinate overnight and it’s for the Crock tomorrow....!

A friend took me out for lunch today and it was a lovely treat...
