Helping out.

I slept really well last night!

GravyC and I set out for a run together, but went our separate ways after about 5 miles. I ran about 9 and a half miles and felt great. He ran 17 and is now crippled.

After a roast dinner we helped Nanna with her gardening. GravyC and Noo butchered trimmed back the wisteria and I trimmed back the foliage around the lychgate. ZQ had helped her early with some ‘major’ tree surgery!
