Sunday: Upper Town

Considering how late we got to bed last night I didn't feel too bad today. K, on the other hand, was a little weary.

Our former catsitter, now friend, Dijana, invited us over for lunch today which was lovely. She always has loads of lovely organic delicacies, sent up by her parents in Šibenik on the coast. Today it was grapes and figs from their garden. For lunch she'd made a dish that contained tomatoes - we thought it was delicious but she was dismissive of the tomatoes as they weren't from Šibenik......

Later in the afternoon, we went to see Gabi who was having an art exhibition in a gallery in Upper Town. We only stopped by briefly as we were on our way to have a drink with Morana.

And from there, K. and I enjoyed a lovely, if somewhat large, meal in Upper Town.
