Short hold-up

Exhausted at the close of another long day. The weather has been draining - not just hot, but humid. Mr PP is now spending his third night in Derriford hospital in Plymouth. He is looking and sounding a lot better than a couple of days ago (or should I say 'last month'?!) It still hurts him to take deep breaths, but he is responding to antibiotics and pain relief. He's been told not to eat after midnight tonight, so we're wondering what tomorrow will hold (beyond the promised ultrasound scan). We're both happy with the care he's receiving.

The driving was a little less stressful today - partly as I become more familiar with the route, and partly as both directions were in daylight. Only one hold-up on the way home - which gave me this blip!
