Dragon Boats

A trip to a childhood favourite place today - Wicksteed Park in Kettering. It still has the 1926 waterchute designed by Charles Wicksteed. We would pester Mum and Dad mercilessly for a go, I remember, and sometimes we would get one! The main event today though was charity Dragon Boat racing - lovely day for a quiet paddle on the lake.
