Almscliffe Crag

Another long lunch with the family. This time out in the country at a great pub called the Square and Compass at North Rigton. Afterwards went for a scramble up to Almscliffe Crag which is just a five minute drive away from the pub. This may be very familiar to those in the UK as it was seen in the opening credits to the Emmerdale tv series ( amongst a few others ). Can't believe it's been a year since my first blip. The support and encouragement has been amazing. Extra shows a less conventional view of the millstone grit outcrop imho :-).
