Sublime Light

These grasses in the Italian Gardens at Trentham are shown off at their best on a summer's evening, just when the sunlight is at the right height as it sets.

The extra is of my favourite sculpture in the gardens - a huge bronze hare by David Meredith. It's at least 4ft tall.

This was my penultimate day at work........ before I finish for good. Strange feelings about it all, but I'm happy it's happening.
