Job done

The view from Dad's bench, where we sat for our tea break.  I've put the second coat of varnish on the shed, whilst W supervised planted a couple more trees.  

We're very pleased with this position for the bench - close enough to the pond to get the benefit of the rill, and in the shade a good deal of the time.

In other garden news, we've taken the plunge and volunteered our garden for the local "Open Gardens" event next June.
