Very simple cooking of paprika

My husband asks me to make ratatouille by paprike.

But the most favorite paprika dish for me is not ratatouill but baked paprika. Because it is ver easy, baking a whole paprika at 180 centigrade for 60 minutes, and I don't like to eat preserved food, because that I don't like to eat the same dish again and again with being worried the stale food.

If I make baked paprika, I can eat all by 2 meals.
Let peal them and add olive oil, pepper and salt for my dinner.
