Moving on....

I attended a gathering in Aberdeen Foyer at lunchtime to mark the retirement of it's CEO, the amazing Ken Milroy, who has been in post since the Foyer was established 22 years ago. One of Ken's passions was recreated in cake form by one of his talented staff. It was an emotional hour or so, with so many former colleagues, current staff, board members, supporters and service users as well as Ken's family. I didn't say cheerio though as I will still see him in another role as chair of the NESCOL board.
