This morning’s swim was 2 laps shorter than planned, but lovely a bouncy for just the double. The sun was hot, and the last thing I wanted to do was get in the van to drive for a couple of hours. But I did eventually, and left home without my bike. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, except that I was heading east to cycle the Waterford Greenway. Luckily I was still in Kinsale when I realised.

I stopped off along the Copper Coast at a few fabulous coves. I visited these before with a tripod and an ND filter. Today I had neither.

No Tramore swim or cycle today, all of that tomorrow. I did hang around Newtown cove for a while though while Loneswimmer went for a night swim.
