Lake Tekapo

This was taken, another panoramic, from the Mount John Observatory. We had walked up here the previous day from our campsite, when it had been fairly overcast and the lake not quite so perfectly blue. Today we took the van up another slightly terrifying twisty turny narrow road to see it all again. And were rewarded with a partial eclipse of the sun, marvellous skies and a blue blue lake.
