Over the wall

Sure enough, it was a dreich morning of smirry drizzle. As I returned from the newsagent's with my paper I noticed the droplets sitting on the leaves in my neighbour's garden. I particularly like the dark red plant, whatever that is. I hope someone will tell me.

There isn't much on the box tonight to inspire me - not a fan of X Factor - so I may end up watching the repeat of 'Eric & Ernie' about Morecambe and Wise's early years. I remember enjoying it. Victoria Wood plays Eric's mother. P was nominated for a BAFTA for her work on the production.
