Thang and Queenie's Wedding

I was invited to my friend Thang's wedding. He was originally from Vietnam and she from hong Kong. This meant translations into Vietnamese and Cantonese. There was a buddhist ceremony and a wedding in an Anglican Church (in Cantonese and English). There has been a lot of debate in the press recently because the Head of the Anglican Church recently stated his views that the word obey should be included in the marriage vows. It was present in the vows yesterday. The Anglican Church seems to be going backwards on Australia.
