I present Soïg Sibéril, folk musician, guitarist extraordinaire and entertainer.

He certainly entertained us on Friday night, playing a wide range of his music, spanning his forty-plus-year career as a solo artist, bands member and Celtic music ambassador.

In his two sets, he played original compositions as well as adaptations of pieces originally written for other Celtic instruments such as the bagpipe or harp. He goes from very simple tunes to interwoven themes; hurrah for technology : he records live themes that he then loops to serve as background to the next level of his music - sometimes it gets to three deep!
