Had a mysterious stomach bug all week so haven't been able to blip, may have lost a few pounds though!!

Today is the second day of rugby, I am 110 % English and proud to say it but seeing as I've lived in wales most of my life and my two boys were born here today is a welsh day and so far they are doing well. Any excuse for a beer on a sunday anyway...!!
