Moorland Beasts

Our choice of walk today took us onto the North York Moors near Levisham. The plan being to walk along to Skelton Tower and back along the escarpment.

The highland cattle had taken residence by the roadside as we pulled up. Cars leaving the station were rather hesitant when passing the herd. However they were very placid despite having calves with them. That said I gave them plenty of space and used my telephoto lens to get the close ups.
