Seymour Lake Sunrise

I am often greeted by a reflective sunrise on my way to the office from this lake. I've successfully composed the image to eliminate the homes on the lake. I was hurrying to tend goal at our 8am parents-of-soccer-kids pickup game, and had only moments. Carpe Blip, I say!

I also bracketed it by a full stop, and trudged through a tutorial on HDR merge for Paintshop Pro. Finally, some semblance of success! I like how it improved the detail of the reeds. So my first HDR worthy of showing.

SIde note: My sides are shrinking on this 500 cal diet. heh heh. Nearing the end, gratefully. I'll get to eat most of the Thanksgiving feast. I'm down 18 lbs since Halloween, and feel good. I have tightened the belt 4 holes. If I looked like Charles Atlas, I'd give you a SP, but you'll hvae to draw your own images!
