Whose got the cream?

Did an early morning step class, the instructor is a loony, she is Austrian, and she has fantastic energy levels and expects us all to be the same. We try to keep up, I end up getting my legs in a knot with some of the moves. Sarah, do you remember the lady with the fabulous hair and facial expression, the one doing the body combat, when you took the photos of the Spinnathon, well she is in this class, she's a really nice person. Anyway, had to go to the Sunday market, my sister in law wanted a baby blanket for her new nephew. Saw these wonderful strawberries on one of the fruit stalls and I couldn't resist them, so this is one of my five portions of fruit for the day, also bought a lovely fresh pineapple. We are both eating very healthily at the moment and very little alcohol, I've decided that waking up with a thick head is no fun, especially if you have a gym class to do, having said that, I treated myself to a coffee and a toasted teacake, having had no breakfast, can't exercise with food inside me. Also there was a stall holder selling golliwogs, not sure whether the stall holder was English or Spanish, PC doesn't seem to exist here.

Kelvin is out of hospital, he's got a metal plate in his jaw, and he is going to do the spinning class tomorrow, I'm hoping he'll be gentle with us.

Had a bit of a scare earlier today, the middle pool was in danger of overflowing. The mesh cover over the drain was blocked with leaves, consequently the water was backing up. It was fortunate that one of my German (nice man) neighbours noticed it, managed to clear the blockage and the pool seems fine at the moment, hey ho the joys of being president!

Just off to do a nice casserole for tonights tea, the sun is shining but there is a very cold wind, so comfort food beckons.
