Cooler without the sun

Today has been calmer than yesterday.  A quiet day which started early.  The sun was out and so l did all the laundry from all my guests and everything is now washed, dried and ironed.  Very satisfactory!!  Flossie is feeling better but l have not fed her any swelling biscuits today just small amounts of her tinned meat to allow her distended tummy the chance to relax.  She has been very quiet most of the day but is definitely looking a little more keenly at food this evening so hopefully she will be back to normal tomorrow. 
I went fishing this evening but sadly didn't catch any mackerel ... instead l caught 4 saithe non of which were large enough to keep.  There were plenty of jellyfish tentacles appearing too.  I spent a happy hour out there ..the light was magnificent but when the sun finally hid behind this cloud it was cool enough to send me scuttling home.
