Pretty good day really. Housework caught up, few hours in work. And homemade chicken pie for dinner. Starting to enjoy eating again.

Had an innapropriate laugh with a client today. Her mastectomy was over 25 years ago. She recently had a stoma bag after bowel cancer surgery. she has lost so much weight her fake boob is much bigger than her real one. Seems she gets through seeing the funny side too..
