7am training

Apparently Rosie has decided I am not interesting enough for her on the beach, this is why she buggers off and ignores me. The Interesting Philippa project was therefore launched today, this mainly involved feeding Rosie tasty morsels at regular intervals. It was a more pleasant walk than recent ones so I shall cart my mobile cafe down there again tomorrow.

If I start ignoring people, do you think they will offer me wine and crisps??
