Portpatrick

Another glorious day today in Ayrshire. We headed south today on the recommendation of our host. We were slow to move so got to Portpatrick (in Dumfries and Galloway) just before lunch. A leisurely walk along the harbour(where this was taken) and then into the Harbourside restaurant for fish and chips. Sadly they did not live up to the £13 cost! The chips tasted awful and the fish batter was soggy and undercooked. Sis rightfully complained but no acknowledgement.
We then headed to Sandhead to look at some bomb target practice things but unfortunately couldn’t close so no shots. So a shot of Portpatrick it is
