Birthday Girl

Mrs MD today celebrated her birthday (of undisclosed years) so, after dragging her up the 76 steps of Souter Lighthouse - I treated her to a glass of refreshing cider at The Grotto.
The Grotto is a quite amazing place - accessed by a lift (or steps if you wish - but I've seen enough steps today). It has been carved out of the rock face and opens out on to Marsden Beach - see my extras.
Brilliant sunshine - could have been anywhere.  Most enjoyable.
