Round the Clock
The Preston to Blackpool rail line is being electrified, as part of the process a few bridges are having to be raised to make room for the overhead cables. Our nearest bridge was originally built to carry vehicles but for as long as I remember it has been for pedestrians only. It has been closed for a couple of weeks while they begin work, on Friday a huge crane appeared and by Friday night the bridge was gone. They are still working hard and appear to be working around the clock, I guess the hire of that crane won't be cheap.
I might blip the new bridge when it opens
