The Tempest

This evening G,M and I went to see The Tempest in the walled garden at Holkham as performed by the wonderful Lord Chamberlain's Men. According to their website they toured over 80 venues this Summer - I'm sure when I first started going to their performances about 10 years ago it was a fraction of that number. They perform in the open air with an all male cast. 

This was one of the coolest evenings that I've attended a performance, so I'd dressed for the weather when it got dark in jeans, walking boots, long sleeved t shirt, thick overshirt, fleece, hat, gloves and winter jacket over my legs. I was toasty!!!
