Shhh don't tell Santa

Today started earlier then most with cam demanding his breakfast at 6am. It was a promising start to the day as the little monkey hasn't been asking for food the past few days and maybe it is a sign his immune system is starting to kick this cold's ass.
For the first time in a while we found ourselves with a day with no plans. This was a good thing as mummy was feeling under the weather today. However to prevent the deadly cabin fever setting in (and to prove to daddy that you can still function and do things ever if you are disease ridden) we headed off to a local garden centre for a wonder round the Christmas decorations and have a spot of lunch.
As Santa hadn't arrived in his grotto yet (obviously still busy getting all the toys ready) we had a sneak peak. To get there you have to walk through a winter wonderland complete with reindeers, polar bears, water fountain and beautiful light up trees. The grotto was all cosy ready for Santa to arrive next week and cam got a chance to sit in the big man's chair! He was amazed by all the twinkling lights and sparkly decorations.
Later, to give mummy a rest the boys went for a walk to town and along the river.
