Bleak morning.....

....but our four legged companion doesn't really care. If I had waited half an hour this pickmere lake scene would have been a lovely sunny one....but Chester was not going to wait.....
Having said that, I had so much to do, it was best to get on with it!

When I got up this morning, I realised that I hadn't seen our garden since Sunday tea time. It was almost like looking at it after having been on holiday. You know that feeling.....!? Wanting to go out there, sorting things out, tidying up.... But not a chance! Having had a lovely weekend last weekend, it was necessary to dedicate time to work. Carefully planned of course as I knew P would have to work this weekend too.

Still thinking about the offer of taking on further responsibilities.... Tempting and flattering, but is it sensible....?
My second glass of wine is not exactly helping me make a decision...might as well have a third! At least it'll help me sleep well ;-)
