Spit Roasted Pork

Another hot, sunny and sticky day.  36 plus degrees again.

This weather really isn't too inspirational for me, far too hot and sticky to do much!  Even staying still, I'm sweating.  So another busy day at the side of the pool doing nothing.   I did go for a walk after 5pm, and then we headed out for a meal this evening.   Early night, a big day tomorrow. 

Food glorious food, everywhere you look.  Around every corner and every second business sells food.  I've tried a few traditional Bulgarian dishes, and they've been lovely.  This spit roasted pork looks amazing, but I'm not keen on pork, or pork not keen on me!  The water wheel turns, and this turns the cogs for the spit.  Taken just off the main strip, Sunny Beach.
