On the train

On the train across the Hawkesbury river heading home wondering what was awaiting me at the hospital.

When I got to the hospital dad was sitting up in bed and talking! They now think it wasn’t a stroke but a clot to the heart.

I think he is alive because when he collapsed in the kitchen, the emergency operator told Mum to get help to move him onto his side, so she raced down the road to a family we know and the RN daughter and her boyfriend came up and began CPR on dad.

They say they worked on him for about 5 mind before they got a pulse!

They are amazed he is still alive, let alone sitting up and talking! Thank you for all your prayers. Much appreciated.
