Hearts and Angels

I went with a couple of friends to Wicken Fen to a Christmas decoration making session.

We made hearts and angels from rushes and Christmas trees from willow. We freed our inner creativity. I got dirty thumbs from plaiting all those rushes.

When we left the Fen was dark and the air was so still. There was a bit of mistiness and a peaceful silence. It was blissful.
