Welcome To The Casbah

I'm not quite sure how we got so lucky, but it would seem that we now have not one but two incredibly messy neighbours.  The first have already been immortalized here.  Now, just a couple of apartments away, in an equally expensive penthouse spread, someone else has taken to "decorating" their outdoor space with an ever-expanding collection of cardboard boxes, pillows, brightly coloured plastic baby toys, and a most impressive hookah.  A recent addition to the tableau is a large, rectangular, striped market umbrella which is steadily becoming unmoored from its frame, and threatens to blow away with the next gust of wind.  (See extra).
