Maltesers and straws

So a package arrived today and thinking it was a birthday present I decided to save it until Monday...

However on instructions from the sender I opened it and found maltesers and two straws as well as a get well soon card indicating that I should amuse myself with blow football while my knee prevents me from playing the real version :)

Made me smile

(The birthday card had strict instructions not to open til Monday so remains sealed)
